About Rustic Lodge, our history!
Welcome to Rustic Lodge, We are the Badilla brothers; Jose and Marcelo. Our family of 11 members has a long history on Monteverde, managing a cattle ranch and coffee farm. A true local family!
Our family took over the lodge, and we absolutely love it here! We are so proud of this unique place and would love to share it with you and your family. Rustic Lodge is a true piece of rustic and family atmosphere that is difficult to find in our busy world.
Rustic Lodge was created by 2 Badilla brothers, Jose y Marcelo having the mission to offer what we really are; a family, rustic and elegance country inn ambiance.
Our mission is to make sure that every single guest we have has a great individual experience and that each of you will go home with some wonderful memories.
Friendly, we will go out of our way to make your stay a perfect one. We are all from Monteverde, working here for over 60 years, and are knowledgeable of the area. Please feel free to ask us about our local histories and legends.
